Dr Victoria Mountford-Brown is a creativity and entrepreneurship researcher and educator with a background in sociology. Her work spans arts, business, innovation and enterprise education, exploring how people develop ideas and put them into practice. She brings experience designing qualitative research, conducting interviews and focus groups, and analysing evidence.
Victoria helps the team identify themes, understand differences in experience and critically assess research findings. At Vibe, her perspective supports innovation within organisations: helping people build the confidence to contribute ideas, think entrepreneurially and collaborate.
