Appointed in late 2019 to deliver a leadership programme, we adapted the work when the pandemic disrupted the original plan. A subsequent acquisition made leading and managing change particularly relevant to the senior team.

Diagnostic work, tailored feedback and coaching informed development around leadership behaviours and working relationships. Stephanie Corking adapted delivery into a bespoke online Leading Change masterclass to maintain momentum.
Making the evidence useful.
The masterclass explored reactions to change, communication styles and how leaders could support their teams through transition. It gave senior leaders a shared opportunity to consider where to focus their energy and influence.
A clearer way forward.
The client feedback highlights greater understanding of the team’s own reactions and those of colleagues during the acquisition. The documented benefit is a clearer leadership response to change, rather than a quantified commercial outcome.
