Liberty Global
Understanding lived experience.

The starting point.
The brief covered Liberty Global and five operating companies across the UK, Europe and North America. A survey intended for more than 22,000 employees needed to recognise different cultures, languages and stages of the inclusion journey.
Research grounded in context.
We reviewed existing data and worked with local project leads and cross-sections of employees. Discovery workshops informed locally appropriate questions, communications and language, while considering country-specific privacy requirements.
Making the evidence useful.
The configurable survey used our FABS model—Fairness, Acceptance, Belonging and Safety—to explore lived experience across identity groups. This created a common research structure while retaining the context of each operating company.
A clearer way forward.
The research was designed to underpin the global D&I strategy. Reporting, coaching, listening forums and tailored learning formed the follow-through plan; the published account describes these next steps rather than a completed, measured change in inclusion.
They have supported us with fantastic advice each step of the process.
